For Waman Restaurant in Bilbao — a Michelin–recommended culinary concept blending Peruvian and Basque traditions — composer Maribel Tafur crafted a bespoke soundscape that elevated the dining journey into a fully immersive, multi-sensory experience.

The composer created original compositions from field recordings and ambient textures, connecting each dish with the landscapes, memories and cultures that inspired it. The soundtrack was also released as EGUZKIA-INTI — the word "sun" in both Basque and Quechua - reflecting the poetic dialogue between two ancestral worlds through sound.
